Speaker Tor-Rel Miles

Tor-Rel Miles is a Vocational Rehab Counselor working with the state of Oklahoma and specializes in helping disabled adults obtain and maintain jobs through counseling and guidance and the allotment of state resources. Tor-Rel also serves as a governor-appointed councilman on the Statewide Independent Living Council. SILC serves all 77 counties of Oklahoma in matters of independent living for people with disabilities. Currently Tor-Rel is a graduate student at Langston University, and hopes to graduate in the fall with his Masters degree in Rehab Counseling.
