This program provides a full-body circuit workout customized to our participants’ needs. The instructor will modify for seated (chair, ball, wheelchair) and standing exercises. You will learn exercises you can do with or without equipment at home. Stay healthy and strong!
Nicole Contos is an Occupational Therapist and Personal Trainer specializing in functional movement, sport-specific training, injury prevention/rehabilitation, TaiChi/QiGong, yoga inspired stretches, senior fitness and corporate wellness. She is currently a volunteer with Adaptive Adventures and a former Craig Hospital OT. Her passion is empowering people to live their best lives healthy and strong. Nicole is the founder of Life Journey Fitness which creates inclusive and personalized fitness programs for all abilities. It is a mobile fitness company that travels to where you play, work and live. They provide adaptive and able-bodied workouts online and in-person to get everyone moving together.
If you would like to hire Nicole for more individualized one-on-one sessions, you may contact her via her email below. She is providing individual (virtual) workouts at a discounted rate and will be donating a portion of her proceeds back to Adaptive Adventures!
