Trainer Rachel Kahn will lead you through this low impact seated class. Designed to improve everyday movement, this class will incorporate visual and vestibular training, joint mobilization, stretching, strengthening and body alignment. Great for all levels of fitness!

Props needed: A tennis ball or other light weight balled object, such as rolled up socks.
