About this program
We welcome the BACKBONES Community in partnering with us for a month-long series of Wednesday night functional strength sessions including both strength training and cardiovascular activity. Each workout is modifiable for all ability levels and can be completed with or without equipment. Weights or bands are not required, but if you have them at home, please feel free to use them. We look forward to bringing our communities together to sweat.

BACKBONES exists to help people with spinal cord injury or disease (SCI/D) and their families connect with their communities. They do this by creating events and experiences that promote awareness and engage people of all abilities.

To sign up for events, click on the “Register” button in the event listing. After entering in your name and email you should then receive the link to the event.
