Come join us and learn new ways to feel better including stretching, long easeful movements with conscious breathing, sensory awareness and YES laughing, giggling, chanting & mindful meditation. All these movements are designed and sequenced to reduce joint discomfort, stiffness, stress, fatigue, and increase resilience, flexibility & strength through wide ranges of motion. These classes are for everyone interested in feeling better than you did prior to class!
